The Admissions Process
1. Inquire - Reach out to our admissions team, ask your questions, and learn what ICA might look like for your family.
2. Visit ICA There’s no better way to understand our community than to visit. Meet teachers, tour the campus, and experience our culture firsthand.
3. Apply When you’re ready, submit your application through ICA or the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP), depending on your eligibility. Our team will guide you through the steps.
4. Enrollment Once accepted, you’ll complete your enrollment packet and required forms. We’ll walk with you through every step to make it simple and stress-free.
5. Assessment After your application is reviewed, we’ll schedule an academic assessment with our student services team or your child’s future teacher. This typically takes place in the summer.
Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) Free tuition is available for qualifying families through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program. WPCP provides vouchers that cover full tuition for eligible students attending participating private schools like ICA.
Are You Eligible? Families must meet specific residency and income requirements. The income threshold is based on Adjusted Gross Income at or below 220% of the federal poverty level (with an additional allowance for married couples).

Annual Tuition Full-Time 9th–12th Grade: $11,500 per year
Tuition is managed through FACTS Tuition Management with flexible options including monthly payments.
Payment Details:
• Payments begin in June
• 12-month installment plans available
• Mid-year enrollments are prorated
• Families with only full-time students follow the standard monthly billing schedule
Fees Application Fee: $55 (non-refundable). |. Enrollment Fee: $205 (non-refundable)
WPCP families are not responsible for application or enrollment fees.
Tuition Assistance - In addition to the WPCP, ICA is committed to making Christian education accessible. Families who do not qualify for the voucher program may still explore other assistance options. Contact our admissions team for guidance.
