I understand that Impact Christian Academy Athletics requires students to ride school-approved transportation to and from all athletic events. I acknowledge that choosing alternate transportation releases Impact Christian Academy and its employees from all liability for any adverse results that may occur. I agree to release Impact Christian Academy and its employees from all liability with reference to the above-stated transportation.
